From drawing boards to digital simulation — our story

Beotool was born out of a simple observation: the final product of a compound is only as good as the tool that shapes it. As part of Beologic, a Belgian compound manufacturer, we were constantly confronted with tooling challenges our customers faced. So we decided to do something about it.

Over the past 30+ years, we evolved from a small in-house tooling service into a fully independent specialist, covering design, simulation, manufacturing and maintenance of extrusion tools for WPC, composite and technical profiles.

We started with drawing boards and grew into a team that uses state-of-the-art CAD systems, CFD flow simulation and advanced metrology. But the core hasn't changed: we design tools that perform in real production conditions, with real compounds, at real production speeds.

What drives us

Deep material understanding

Most toolmakers design geometry. We design geometry around the material. Because we work closely with Beologic (compound development) and Innologic (contract compounding), we understand how WPC and composite materials actually behave in a die and we design accordingly.

Engineering rigour

Every Beotool design comes fully documented. We use flow and cool simulation to validate geometry before a single chip is cut. This means fewer surprises at start-up and faster scale-up to full production.

Long-term partnership

We don't just sell you a tool and walk away. We install, we commission, we train and we maintain. Many of our customer relationships span more than a decade, because in extrusion, trust is built run by run.
